In constant direct communication with the Corporate Human Resources department of BNP Paribas Group, CIB Human Resources is the first point of call for all CIB employees on any matter relating to their employment, remuneration and benefits.

HR has developed a structure that provides business and subject-specific expertise around the world, delivered in our main territories through local HR teams:
- Global Business Partners cover either one Business Line, or Coverage or CIB Functions
- HR Product Experts cover specialisms such as Compensation policies, Global Graduate Programme, Learning and Development, Diversity, HRIS, International Mobility
