Available roles

Global Structured Finance covers a wide range of areas and specialisations. For example, you could join a team in Syndication, Leveraged Finance, Real Estate Finance, Acquisition Finance and Loan Structuring, Business Management and Loan and High Yield Capital Markets. Plus, you could have the opportunity to work in one of the following areas: Commodity Trade Finance, Commodity Corporate Finance, Commodity Derivates, Export and Project Finance and Global Trade Service.

As an Analyst or Associate, you'll be responsible for performing financial analysis, including preparing relevant spreadsheets. You'll need to participate in the write-up of credit proposals or other internal memos and help to build cash-flow models, as well as running sensitivities to structure the financing. You'll also be expected to prepare pitch books and produce internal documents such as loan summaries.

Your role will also involve conducting economic research on specific industries, companies or countries, writing market studies and contributing to loan portfolio monitoring and management.

Analyst

You should have a Bachelors or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Accounting. We'll be looking for technical skills in financial analysis, modeling and Microsoft Office and ideally you'll have internship experience, preferably in a financial institution. English is essential as well as other languages.

Associate

You should have an MBA in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Engineering along with relevant experience, ideally in a financial institution. Fluent in English, you'll also have strong technical skills in financial analysis, modeling and Microsoft Office. A regional language is an advantage if you join one of our hubs.
