Introduction

Corporate Finance is one of the fastest growing divisions within BNP Paribas, using its acknowledged expertise in the French market as a springboard for developing business worldwide. Our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) teams offer the full range of advisory and tailored transaction services for private and listed companies, fairness opinions, financial restructuring and privatisation. Our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) teams specialise in helping firms to raise capital to grow their businesses through flotations (IPOs), rights issues, bought deals and accelerated book building, as well as convertible/exchangeable bond issues and equity-linked transactions. Much of what we do in Corporate Finance is high profile and well documented via the broad sheets and financial press.

Our comprehensive sector-based approach ensures we identify buy and sell opportunities early, and have detailed knowledge of the key players in any sector and their assessment practices.
