This exalted position comes from, amongst other things: a strong and innovative trading operation; a unique capability to structure and market complex products covering multiple asset classes; and our burgeoning capability to provide top-level expertise in fund derivatives. Furthermore our global expertise combined with in-depth localised market knowledge is helping us to further establish our strong reputation in both developed and emerging markets.

Integral to our success are our Research, Structuring, Trading and Sales teams, who work closely with clients and each other to develop customised solutions. Add to this a powerful trading platform that is underpinned by an experienced trading team, the largest coverage with access to virtually all existing and emerging markets worldwide, and technical leadership in R&D, quantitative modelling and pricing expertise.

The roles in Equities & Derivatives each require different qualities. Wherever your talents lie, you'll need to have a strong academic record, good analytical skills, and be able to communicate well with clients and colleagues.

The majority of graduate roles available in Equities & Derivatives are based in Paris, London and New York. The remainder are spread across Europe and Asia Pacific - in particular, Hong Kong and Tokyo.
