Graduate Banking Programme

The Graduate Banking Programme (GBP) is an 18-month rotational programme for graduates interested in a Credit-related role within Corporate & Transaction Banking Europe (CTBE).

CTBE is a specialist client-relationship unit serving the flow-banking needs of large and mid-cap European clients and the European subsidiaries of BNP Paribas clients around the world. It provides corporate lending, Cash Management and Trade Finance, Leasing and Factoring services and works closely with other divisions to co-ordinate the delivery of the full range of BNP Paribas’ CIB’s services. With 32 centres in 18 countries around Europe CTBE is a central part of BNP Paribas’ strategy to set the benchmark for European banking and become ‘the bank for corporate clients in Europe’.

Credit is an essential part of the CTBE service proposition and the GBP has been developed to give graduates a strong foundation in this important area. Lasting 18 months it combines Financing Solutions training with CTBE-specific training and features rotations, either into different offices or business functions to give graduates a broad exposure to our business and different locations. The GBP is hiring across its European offices.
While the GBP focuses on credit and relationship management, it includes the same induction and personal development as our development programme.
