We’re proud of our heritage and our achievements so far, but we’re not a business that likes to stand still. As well as growing organically, we also make strategic acquisitions – our most recent acquisitions include a 50% stake in Ukranian bank UkrSibbank in 2005, the Italian Bank Banca Nazionale del Lavoro (BNL) in 2006 and JetFinance International in Bulgaria in 2007.
