Our work in this area is well documented via the broad sheets and financial press and so may be very familiar. As well as M&A, our clients require advice on restructures, Leveraged Buyouts (LBO), joint ventures, exchange offers and much more.
What you値l do:
You値l assist senior professionals in the execution and marketing of cross-border M&A transactions. Working as part of a team, we値l expect you to participate in the preparation of marketing materials and financial analysis, and in the execution of active M&A mandates. You値l also need to assist other professionals in completing required assignments.
What you値l need:
You should have an MBA with an emphasis on Accounting, Finance and Economics along with previous full-time or summer internship experience working in sectors such as investment banking, private equity, consulting or a Big Four accounting firm.
Strong analytical, quantitative and strategic-thinking skills are essential, as is a strong understanding of corporate finance techniques, including modelling, financial analysis and valuation methods.
You should be a natural leader and highly motivated team player with strong presentation skills, experience of various financial databases and the ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously. You値l have a creative approach to problem solving and will be adept at grasping key concepts quickly. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
