What you値l do:
We trade complex structures covering many asset classes. Our unique combination of proprietary trading research and exotic pricing gives us the capability to deliver customised solutions to our clients, including asset managers, hedge funds and private banks.
As an Equities & Derivatives Trading Associate, you値l work directly with senior traders to analyse the markets and to price, buy and sell complex structures. With proven experience in and exposure to Corporate Finance or investment banking, you値l be able to quickly access and process data for trading. This will include performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of different trading strategies, assisting senior traders with position tracking responsibilities and creating and maintaining trading tools. Programming skills such as C++ are a plus here but a general ability to understand programming is more important.
What you値l need:
You値l certainly have a strong academic record in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or Physics.
We値l be looking for solid quantitative, analytical and strategic-thinking skills together with proven expertise in investment banking, corporate finance or a related financial services function. You should also have excellent communication, team-working and problem-solving skills and the ability to work on large-scale projects. If you have previous professional experience in the financial services industry, that would be an advantage.
