CIB Human Resources serves our staff around the world and is organised by both geographic territories and lines of business. It is this struture that guarantees the optimization and flexibility to provide fit for purpose solutions.
What you’ll do:
This is a project-based role which may see you working across areas as diverse as Comp & Ben, Employee Relations, Learning and Development and Resourcing. At the end of your first year you can expect to have developed a good technical understanding of core HR practices, whilst improving your business awareness and project management skills.
Upon completion of the programme you may progress to either a junior role in one of the "Centres of Excellence" outlined above, or a junior generalist role in one of our business-facing teams.
What you’ll need:
You should be educated to Bachelors level or equivalent in any discipline. Due to the nature of the role you must be able to demonstrate an ability to generate practical solutions to a wide range of issues, whilst delivering to deadline. You will be working with a range of people and should therefore be able to adapt your communication style accordingly. Finally, tenacity and persuasiveness will be key to achieving successful delivery of your projects.
