What you’ll do:

You’ll be responsible for drafting documentation, negotiating master agreements and managing legal risks with the appropriate legal documentation.

What you’ll need:

You should have studied to Masters level in General Banking and Financing Law and will have an understanding of the basis of Capital Market products. For Paris, you’ll need a Master Droit Bancaire et Financier, Paris University Assas. We’ll also be looking for a good team spirit, strong communication skills and fluency in English, French and, if you’re based in an Eastern Europe country, Exotics languages. In addition, you’ll need three to nine months’ experience as a trainee in a law firm or investment bank.
