Our Structured Finance teams design and structure a broad range of complex financing arrangements including syndicated loans, acquisitions and leveraged buyouts as well as media, telecommunications and real estate financing. We’re the number three book runner of syndicated loans in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (and number one in terms of transactions according to International Financial Review).
Globally, we employ some 425 professionals and our strong market presence is recognised by both league tables and market awards. On a European level, in 2006 we were named 'Best Arranger of West European Loans' and 'Best Arranger of French Loans' for the second year running by Euroweek magazine.
Part of Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance is a one-stop provider of capital for leveraged buyouts, strategic acquisitions, leveraged build-ups, recapitalisations and restructurings. Always proactive and flexible in our approach, we handle acquisition finance operations for financial investors and private individual financial holdings.
