Structured Finance is made up of Syndication, Leveraged Finance, Real Estate Finance, Acquisition Finance and Loan Structuring, Business Management and Loan and High Yield Capital Markets. By Structured Finance, we mean any non-standard means of raising money – so securities that go beyond conventional loans, debentures, debt and equity.

What you’ll do:

You’ll be responsible for performing basic financial analysis, including preparing relevant spreadsheets. You’ll need to participate in the write-up of credit proposals or other internal memos and help to build cash-flow models as well as running sensitivities to structure the financing.

In addition, we’ll expect you to prepare pitch books and produce internal documents such as loan summaries.

Your role also involves conducting economic research on a specific industry or country, writing market studies and contributing to loan portfolio monitoring and management.

What you’ll need:

You should have a Bachelors or Masters degree (or equivalent) in finance, business administration, economics or engineering.

We’ll be looking for technical skills in financial analysis, modelling and Microsoft Office and ideally you’ll have internship experience, preferably in a financial institution. English is essential in addition to your own local language.
