Our salespeople are on the front line. As well as having to know everything about our products and their clients, they play a vital role in establishing, maintaining and building strong relationships, and are involved in all stages of the sales process from client request to deal closure.
A key part of your role will be to become a client's trusted advisor - working in response to their needs but also proactively marketing ideas through formal events like pitches and presentations, as well as more informal ways. Networking and a willingness to travel will be key to success.
There are various roles within Sales, from Origination/DCM and Structured Sales to Derivatives Marketing. Working in Sales provides an excellent opportunity to understand all of our products in-depth. To excel, you need to be persuasive, convincing and great at building relationships. Languages are a distinct advantage.
