Equities & Derivatives Structuring

The Structuring team is responsible for designing, pricing and transacting complex derivatives products. The structuring team contains specialists in the areas of pricing models and hedging risk, and also in areas like tax, accounting and law. Structurers work closely with sales and research teams in order to identify and pro-actively promote market opportunities to clients. They also work closely with sales and trading to develop and price complex structured products when being reactive in meeting a clients' individual needs. Finding the right answers requires an in-depth understanding of our products, the current market conditions and working closely with Sales to gain deeper insight into client requirements.

Analyst
As a new joiner in Structuring, your role will be primarily to assist in the structuring, pricing and risk analysis of derivatives products. This includes swaps, options and exotics. Joining an award-winning team, you’ll coordinate with sales, trading and marketing colleagues to gain an in-depth understanding of the trade from start to finish and best respond to clients needs.

Highly educated and numerate, you'll be analytical, logical and feel comfortable modelling complex trade and product ideas; you'll also be able to explain them clearly to others so good communication skills are essential. A second language is advantageous.

A Master's (or equivalent) in Finance, Maths, Financial Engineering, Accounting or Statistics is important, and a previous internship in Banking will be looked upon favourably.
