Fixed Income Structuring

Structurers are the link between Sales and Trading, developing creative solutions to meet clients' most complex needs. Finding the right answers requires an in-depth understanding of our products and the current market conditions and working closely with Sales to gain deeper insight into clients requirements.

As a Structurer, your role will involve both marketing trading ideas and pricing products internally and to clients. Structuring, pricing and analysing derivative products including swaps, options and exotics will play a large part in your role. You'll also be involved in developing and updating marketing materials

Highly educated and numerate, you'll be analytical and confident in modelling complex trade and product ideas; you'll also be able to explain them to others. Programming skills in C/C++ are important and a second language is advantageous.

Analyst
A Master's (or equivalent) in Finance, Maths, Financial Engineering, Accounting or Statistics is important, and a previous internship in Banking will be looked up on favourably.

Associate
You should be educated to MFE/MS, MBA or PhD level in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Financial Engineering, Statistics or a relevant field and have particular expertise in one or more of the following areas: probability, stochastic differential equations, numerical methods, econometric modelling and financial maths.
